Also, in new developments, this last week she has rolled from her tummy to back three times. WAHOO!!! Here are some action shots:
For Mother's Day Bryan gave me a jogging stroller that I have been wanting. Now, I guess I have no good excuses for not getting out and moving my rump (except that it is already super hot and humid). I'm excited to put it to work this week (the stroller that is...well, maybe my rump too!). Bryan left for St. Louis on a work trip tonight -- he'll be gone until Friday --, so it will be nice for us to get out of the house a little this week, so we both don't go nuts!
Now, before I go, I want to tell all you moms out there Happy Mother's Day! I am thrilled to be a part of the Mommy Club, but am also very humbled to be responsible for such a special spirit. I hope I can teach her all she needs to know and love her the way she deserves to be loved!
Here are a few of my favorite thoughts on motherhood:
"God could not be everywhere, and so He gave us mothers."

"Motherhood is near to divinity...the highest, holiest service to be assumed by mankind."
J. Reuben Clark Jr.
"She who can paint a masterpiece or write a book that will influence millions deserves the admiration and the plaudits of mankind; but she who rears successfully a family of healthy, beautiful sons and daughters, whose influence will be felt through generations to come,...long after painting shall have faded, and books and statues shall have decayed or shall have been destroyed, deserves the highest honor that man can give, and the choicest blessings of God. In her high duty and service to humanity...she is co-partner with the Creator himself."
David O. McKay
"Let France have good mothers, and she will have good sons."
Napolean Bonaparte
"A mother's heart is a child's schoolroom. The instructions received at the mother's knee...are never erased entirely from the soul...Family life is God's own method of training the young, and homes are largely what mothers make them."
Harold B. Lee
"We can all rejoice in the sacred calling of motherhood. To give birth is only part of this sacred mission...But to help another gain eternal life is a privilege that is neither denied to nor delayed for any worthy woman."

Oh man, I love the first giggle. It goes down in my favorite development stages. It's just such a great response for all the hard work! I'm glad she's rolling over, that's fun too! Congratulations on five years of marriage. I love the pictures, you guys are always so good at gettin updated family/couple shots. Hope you week goes alright without Bryan around! Survivor was excellent, I love that they went down to two people instead of three. amanda still deserved to win in our opinions, but it was an awesome season!
Eleanore is soooo beautiful. I can't wait for the 1st giggle with Grady. I agree it is the best sound. You guys all look great! It is fun to see what's going on.

Hey, cool stroller! You will love it! I hope you get lots of use out of it before #2 comes along, & then #3 & then you can't push everyone everywhere & your rump just keeps growing!!! Okay, so not so encouraging...but for now, you'll be one HOT MAMA!!
Hi Buckley Family,
What a cute baby! She is getting so big. How was St Louis? Jason was there the same time you were there. It would have been if you ran into each other. Hope everything is going great at your home. Hope your Mothers Day was great.
Love Ya
Aunt Deb
