Today my sweet husband turns 29...One more year of twenties and then on to being a "grown-up." Just kidding...it is hard to believe we are inching up on 30 though. Bryan is in St. Louis at a work expo and I have missed him lots this week. As they say, absence makes the heart grow fonder.
YES HE CAN....
Make me laugh at any moment - whether I’m in the mood to or not.
Make a friend with just about anyone in the room.
Listen intently (when he wants to) and offer great advice and feedback, and help me balance my uneven emotions.
Speak and teach impressively in public with ease - in such a way that everyone seems to listen.
Sooth a crying baby...or two.
Brighten the mood in a hectic house just by walking in the door.
Bring smiles and giggles out of our girls like no one else can.
Quote every single word of Dumb and Dumber...and other various comedies.
Sing Mo-Tab/Operetic-style like nobody's business.
Shimmy in a way that makes the girls (at least his girls) swoon.
Light up a room of old ladies with this contagious smile.
Fix a car, a broken vacuum, a shower drain and lots of other household mishaps.
Do some thoroughly entertaining impersonations (i.e., Jim Carey, Sean Connery, relatives (it may or may not be you) to name a few).
Tease "the ones he loves the most" relentlessly (take it as a sign of his love and affection).
Sympathize with others and open his heart with no strings attached.
Be lovable and sweet and charming.
Love me unconditionally, despite all of my many many faults.
I feel unevenly matched with Bryan in many ways. I am happy to have so many things to love and appreciate about him.
I love you Bry. Happy Birthday.

Happy Birthday Bryan! Glad to know my sis' is being taken care of by such a great guy. Hope you had a fun day!
Oh I love that post, very cute! I'm sorry you guys weren't able to be together. Seriously this traveling business has got to stop. Hope he saw all the nice things you said, and I think you two are both pretty awesome. The perfect MATCH!
Hope Bryan had a very Happy Birthday! He's turning into the "other" road man--hope all of St. Louis got out their singing voices for you!!!
We feel lucky we've gotten to know Bryan better the past 4 yrs. of living in closer proximity. I agree with Em--he's a pretty fantastic guy. But I better never hear about a "Shay impersonation" or my views may change!
Glad your part of the fam, Bryan! Glad my little sister & cutest nieces ever have such a good man to keep them in line. We love you!
I hope Bryan had a Happy Birthday, what a bummer he was gone so you guys couldn't spend it together!! Gilbert is turning 30 in a few days. It's a good thing we have someone to grow old with ;)
