After having a baby (and unfortunately for me, before having a baby) my body is not quite what I would like it to be. I've been working at getting into shape and have been consistant with my exercise for one month now, three days a week. I've been attending a Stroller Fit class where I excercise with other moms with our babies in strollers. I love it.
I feel stronger and healthier, but, I haven't seen results on the scale. So, this week's challenge is to add two days to my excercise routine. For me, that means I'll be exercising five days this week.
Wanna do it too? If you are already exercising add two days to your routine. If you aren't yet, start now and exercise twice this week.

Does walking back & forth from the mini-van count??? If so, I'm definitely in!!! I'll add another 2 days to that, even at the price of gas....now that's gotta' be sacrifice.
But seriously, I checked it out...there's no stroller fit in these parts!! I'm going to be forced to go to the gym(boring)& at the mercy of Ryan's work/sleep schedule & Saveyah's "new little life" schedule. I'm with Sarah, can't you start off easy???
Way to go Em, how do you do it in that heat? Ugh! Sounds like a fun group though.

yes...that pic was at the Ringling Museum where I got tons of bug bites on my legs. Luckily Eleanore didn't get any -- I must have holding her high enough up.
OK, I've Trikked every day this week, and twice on a couple of days. My weight is FINALLY starting to come back down. Don't give up!
