The Greatest Show on Earth

Saturday we celebrated Eleanore, Ivy and Maya's birthday in a BIG way with a BIG top carnival/circus party in our backyard. It was a lot of work to pull of, but a day full of fun memories. I know my kids wouldn't have cared if we didn't do this, but I had a lot of fun planning and coordinating this party and I think Eleanore and her cousins and friends had a great time -- and I think the babies even enjoyed the day.

Here are photo highlights from the day.

GOOD FRIENDS

We had 34 children and 27 adults at our party, but with everything going on it didn't seem too crazy at all. The kids were all well behaved and got along...the only fits I saw were at the end when it was time to go home. :)

We didn't get any pics of Aunt Catherine who was behind the camera most of the day (thank you for documenting this all!). We had a ball and appreciate everyone who came and played with us.

WOW, WOW, & more WOW! That is amazing. That looked like it was an enormous amount of work! I did a carnival party, but mine was nothing compared to yours! I'm sure the photos will speak wonders for them when they look back at the coolest party ever that you threw for them! You are really Super Mom!

That was an amazing party. You really put a ton of work into it and pulled it off beautifully. Your girls will have fun looking back at these photos when they are a little older.

I love the pictures at the top of your blog!

What?!? I don't even know what to say to express the awesomeness of the party! How beautiful all the stations were and the cakes and invites, and food table. I loved it so much. So sad we aren't closer to celebrate this girls with you. WAY TO GO!!!!

A-MAZING PARTY EM! Wow, you have some expectational organization skills I wish I had! My jaw dropped when I saw this for the first time. What a fun time - perfect activities and concessions for the kids and adults. We may need to come next year. ;)
Love you all.
